For all orders shipping in the US: we offer ground shipping and expedited shipping. Orders generally take 1-2 business days to process.

Ground shipping: up to 4 - 5 business days once your order has been processed

Expedited shipping: 1 - 2 business days once your order has been processed

All claims must be authorized and returned within 5 days from the date received.

No refunds or exchanges are accepted for leather that is cut or modified.
