Does United Leather have a retail location I can purchase from?

Yes, our headquarters are located at 1414 Newton St Los Angeles, CA 90021. We are open from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday and we accept walk-ins!

Can I order samples?

Color rings can be ordered through each articles product page. Color rings include all available colors per article.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer Ground and 2nd Day Air via UPS. Shipping times and rates vary depending on location.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently only offer domestic shipping, excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.

What is your return policy?

All claims must be authorized and returned within 5 days from the date received.

No refunds or exchanges are accepted for leather that is cut or modified.

Do you offer vegan options?

Yes, we have a limited selection of vegan options. You can learn more about the details of our vegan collection here.

What is the difference between a full hide and a half hide?

A full hide has not been cut into, while a half hide has. Full hides generally range from 40 - 50 sq ft while half hides generally range from 15 - 25 sq ft. United Leather does not cut into any of the hides and receives the hides as they come from the tannery. Please refer to our Size Guide for more information.
