What is your return policy?

All claims must be filed within 5 days from receipt of purchase. No refunds or exchanges for any purchased leather that is cut into, no exceptions. Only original quantity ordered will be accepted for return.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum amount that may be ordered is one hide. 

What is the typical yield, or, how much waste should be expected?

Leather will have a slightly higher waste than fabric; however, the yield and waste will depend upon the application. 

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

If the leather is in stock, the order will be processed in 1-2 business days.

Yes, we are located at 1414 Newton St. Los Angeles, CA 90021. We are open from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday and accept walk ins!
