    A: 1 skin minimum for all in stock goods. For custom treatment or color, minimum purchase requirements will range from 100 sqft to 2,000 sqft depending on the article.

    A: Yes.

  • 3. How long does it take to process an order?

    A: We ship out 2-3 business days from the receipt of order and payment.

  • 4. What forms of payment do you accept?

    A: Visa, MasterCard, and Wire transfer. We do not accept American Express or checks.

  • 5. Do you charge for swatches?

    A: Yes- $15 per sample ring with all the available colors per group. $2 per each individual swatch.

    A: Depending on the article and origin, 7-11 sqft on average.

    A: Depending on article and origin, 40-50sqft for a full hide/ 20-25sqft for a "side" or half a hide.

  • 10. Can I have the leather cut to a certain size?

    A:Unfortunately we do not allow our leather to be cut. Minimum purchases of 1 skin are made (cow typically runs half-hides 20-25 sqft, full hides 40-50sqft, and lamb can run anywhere from 6-12sqft).

  • 11. How do I get wholesale prices?

    A: No, we do not have an available price list because prices are dictated upon quantity order.

    A: We accept exchanges up to 5 business days from the date of purchase. We Please note that we do not offer any refunds or returns.

    A: No, we do not make any exchanges on swatches.

    A: No appointment is necessary. We are open from 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday.
